Refund policy

Our promise in plain words

If you change your mind before we've started any real work on your application, you get your money back — minus only a small processing charge. Once your file has been submitted to the authorities, government fees can't be returned by anyone. We'll always tell you exactly where your application stands before you decide anything.

When a refund applies

• You cancel before your documents are submitted — the service fee is refunded, minus a small processing charge.
• You were charged twice by mistake — the duplicate payment is refunded in full.
• We decline to take your case after reviewing it — any payment is refunded in full.

What can't be refunded

• Government and immigration fees once your application has been filed — these go to the authorities, not to us.
• Applications that were approved and the visa issued.
• Service already fully completed at your request.

How to ask for a refund

Message us on WhatsApp (+971 56 655 6645) with your application reference and the reason. We'll confirm we've received your request and tell you where things stand — usually within two working days.

How long refunds take

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. If the original method can't receive the refund, we'll agree an alternative with you directly.

If your application is refused

Refusals are decided by the immigration authorities, and their fees are non-refundable. If that happens, we'll review the service-fee portion of your payment case by case and give you a straight answer — no hiding behind clauses.

Processing charges

A small charge may be deducted from refundable amounts to cover payment processing and administrative costs. We'll state the exact figure before you confirm anything.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and the version in force when you paid applies to your payment.
