Who we are

Dubai Visa Portal (dubaivisaportal.ae) is an independent visa assistance service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are not a government website and we are not affiliated with UAE immigration authorities. Final visa decisions always rest with the authorities.

What we do

We help you prepare UAE tourist and transit visa applications: checking your documents, completing the paperwork with you, filing the application, and keeping you updated until it's done. Using this website or our service means you accept these terms.

Using this website

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.
• Information you provide — names, dates, passport details — must be accurate and belong to the traveller.
• You're responsible for keeping your application reference and any login details private.

Prices and payments

Prices shown on this website are our current prices and include all fees. Your total is always confirmed with you personally before anything is charged — nothing is ever charged automatically.

Refunds

Our refund rules are set out in plain language in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Processing times

Any processing times mentioned on this site are estimates under normal circumstances, never guarantees. Weekends, UAE public holidays, peak travel periods, extra document requests and immigration checks can all extend the timeline. Don't book non-refundable travel based on an estimate.

Your documents

• You confirm that documents you share are genuine and belong to the traveller named in the application.
• We may decline to process applications with incomplete, unclear or suspicious documentation.
• Immigration authorities may ask for additional documents at their discretion, or refuse a visa without giving a reason.

Delivery of your visa

Approved visas are delivered electronically — by email and/or WhatsApp — once everything is complete. Always check the name, passport number, validity dates and entry conditions on the issued visa before you travel.

Contacting you

By using our service you agree we may contact you about your application by WhatsApp, phone or email. We'll never sell your details, and documents you share are used only to prepare your application.

Acceptable use

• Don't use this site for anything unlawful or to submit false information.
• Don't copy, republish or commercially reuse our content, design or branding without written permission.
• Third-party names, marks and images remain the property of their owners.

Our liability

We do our best to prepare every application carefully, but we can't accept liability for decisions made by immigration authorities, delays outside our control, or travel losses arising from a refusal or delay. Where liability applies, it's limited to the service fee you paid us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the site or service after that means you accept the updated terms.
